Richard Harris - Director , JASMAX

Richard Harris has been a director of Jasmax since 1989. He is the President of the New Zealand Institute of Architects and is past chairman of the Architects Education and Registration Board.

He has taken a lead architectural role  in a number of Auckland's heritage refurbishments, including the Auckland Townhall and Civic Theatre projects.

He has led the architectural team on the AUT's Wellesley Campus re-development and masterplanning over the last decade and was the  director-in-charge of the new Auckland City Hospital and the Sylvia Park retail development.

His projects have won numerous architectural and property industry awards.

Richard has a B Arch from the University of Auckland, and is a Registered Architect since 2005 and a Fellow of the  New Zealand Institute of Architects.
